Thats 555 hours added for no discernable reason that I can tell besides just adding "time played". If you have 1 million players and they all do 1 dungeon and you add 2 seconds per dungeon, you added 2 million seconds in artificial time. It is less the total of minutes but the why that bothers me. If you have questions about what I said, or think I'm wrong or missing something, or specifically how to upgrade your build, go for it, I like to help. So go have fun, lean into a damage type or two, some cc, and spike your power level. They should have had design notes on each class instead of "we're brilliant game designers, the community will figure it out!" It's also Blizzards fault for not being clear from the outset to help those that didn't want to problem solve and figure out how to build. ![]() Is that your fault? Kinda, it was lazy, you had to read through the skills, aspects and finally paragon boards and have a cursory understanding of lucky hit and damage types. If you're complaining it's because you didn't understand what the game designers were intending to begin with. CC will be more relevant, specially with increased monster damage. ![]() ![]() This will make grouping more interesting as build synergies won't just be who can spam vuln the most but stacking damage types and effects will matter. Synergies you didn't understand before will become obvious and your damage output will skyrocket. Simple, figure out the damage type you do based on the skills you chose and lean into it. They nerfed vuln/crit because it was a crutch and leading to generic meta builds. Let me explain, because it seems like too many people don't understand the point of the patch.
